Our manufacturing facility, located in Aurangabad in one of the most advanced industrial states of India, spans across 100,000 sq.ft. We have multiple extrusion lines with a total output of 10,000 metric tonnes per annum.
Our facilities are dust free & hygienic that are required for manufacturing food contact films. Our premises are access controlled, equipped with a modern fire fighting system, continuous feeder electrical power supply and backed up by power generators to enable 24×7 production. Our close proximity to a dry port & seaport allows us to efficiently transport shipments around the world.
Specialty Polyfilms has state-of-the-art multi-layer blown film extrusion lines from reputed European manufacturers with custom dies, automatic film thickness profile control, automated raw material conveying & dosing system and robotic handling of finished rolls with latest Industry 4.0 standard electronic controls.
These machines possess the capacity to produce films of up to 2800 mm (110 in) in width and 8 – 100 microns (32 – 400g) in thickness.
The post extrusion processing includes high speed rewinders and auto cartoning machines that makes it possible to achieve economies of scale required for large scale retailers & brand owners.
In addition, we have inhouse printing facility for branding Meat & Produce films and Protective films.
The end of line packaging include automatic shipper cartoning machines, carton marking and shrink packing machines.
Over the last decade, we have focused our prowess towards researching and developing innovative products like PE Films/wraps – cling film, Foodservice film, Protection film/ Masking film and Stretch Hood film.This endeavour of ours has led to us to excel in the field of specialty films that are state of the art products. We at Specialty Polyfilms are constantly responding to our customers’ demands to develop protective films for specialized & mechanized
packaging applications. Over the last few years, we have developed close to 6 new products to protect fibre yarn, mask hot surfaces, provide breathability to meats and recyclability to household applications.
Specialty Polyfilms has been granted two patents in India and other regions for packaging specialized food applications. Polyethylene based Meat Wrap & Fresh produce Film – Patent No. 350275 and Polyethylene based Foodservice/Catering film – Patent No. 350533 by Patent Office, Government of India.
