Automatic Tray Overwrapping Machine Performance:
Forvara® Meat Films for Automatic Tray Overwrapping Machines were successfully tested on machines from reputed Automatic Tray Overwrapping Machine Manufacturers like Digi, Ulma, Omori, Ossid, Fabbri, Ishida, Hobart vis-à-vis PVC Films for functionality and performance at high-speed. Additionally, these films are available as two variants AW and TW Series. Newly launched TW Series Films is a premium variant that provides high stretch on elevated table top automatic tray overwrapping machines like Digi, Ulma, Ishida, Fabbri etc. Forvara® Meat Films can accommodate various tray sizes and variety of tray materials.

Forvara® Meat Film for Manual Overwrapping Machines are tailored to make wrapping simple and easy for delis, butcher shops, grocery stores, and other using manual meat wrapping machines. Manual machines have electric heat blades — and, our film rolls are easy to unfurl and give packers professional-looking even cuts without releasing any foul burning smell. Further, it helps meat trays get tightly sealed by the bottom hot plate.

Forvara® Meat Wrap Films are manufactured from specially engineered combination of select food-grade polyethylene resins and process innovation which results in Meat Wrap Films that are odourless and tasteless.
Specialty Polyfilms’ Migration Free Forvara® Meat Wrap films do not contain any plasticizers like Phthalates, BPA or BPS, stabilizers like Lead or Mercury, PFAS or any other chemicals harmful to human health. These Films are developed to emulate key physical attributes of PVC Films like Tackiness, Softness and transparency along with the optimum performance on Automatic Tray Over wrappers. These films can withstand temperatures up to -30 Degree Celsius or -22 Degree Fahrenheit and have high OTR and controlled WVTR which are crucial factors for the Meat Industry.
Forvara® Meat Wrap Films meets latest food contact regulations as per FDA – 21 CFR 177.1520 and as per EU directive no. 10/2011 (Ref. 2002/72/EEC) and its amendments no. 2018/213.
